I have been asked to pay for express delivery so I would receive the goods the next day. However they didn't turn up until the Friday about 1pm, so to say I am a tad aggrieved is an understatement. You should not charge people for a service they don't receive. Regards Mark Dodge M R D F S Ltd

Had two deliverys of underlay now. Tried 3 different types. Last batch, have had alot of hard lumps throughout a few of the rolls. Also, last delivery. Driver damaged garage door which i have phoned trdnsport aswell as rep on a few occasions and said i be phoned back, and never have. I will be deductinng the cost of the damage now from last invoice.

I am very sorry to hear that you have been unfortunate enough to have had a negative experience. 99% of our customers have a positive experience with our delivery service and are blown away by the quality of our products. We always strive for excellence within QA and any third-parties that operate on our behalf. On the rare occasion that a problem occurs, we have procedures in place to resolve these matters efficiently. Your account manager will be in touch with you shortly to update you on the situation.
Vicky in the sales office was very helpful recently but overall QA has let us down numerous times. Every time we have ordered underlay we have been lied to about delivery times, sometimes it coming out a week after promised. We've had a change of couriers yet still the problem persists. Very disappointing. Have been told previously the transport manager is looking into it but nothing has changed. Must be the worst company for delivery we have. E B Carpets
