Vicky in the sales office was very helpful recently but overall QA has let us down numerous times. Every time we have ordered underlay we have been lied to about delivery times, sometimes it coming out a week after promised. We've had a change of couriers yet still the problem persists. Very disappointing. Have been told previously the transport manager is looking into it but nothing has changed. Must be the worst company for delivery we have.
