“Ordered milwaukee m18 jigsaw in a milwaukee box, plus separate multipack of a few jigsaw blades. Got sent the pack of blades inside an empty milwaukee box for an m12 impact and drill set. The milwaukee clearly has the wrong code on the side. To me, there's no effort put in to even doing basic checks before posting out orders. All conveniently delivered on Friday so I can't do anything about it until Monday. Paid about £150 and got delivered £10 of jigsaw blades and £15 empty box. The most expensive and important part, the jigsaw, missing. Just the light weight of the package was a red flag. First time ordering from here. In engineering trade and by lots of tools online. Never had any problems like this before.”

“This was my second time shopping at the most excellent ProTrade In the UK. My first experience was for a small Festool product , shipped internationally via a shipping forwarding service.That one went so smooth n easy that this time I came back for the big guns! I was having a hard time sourcing the new Festool Sys MC-6/4 Rapid Charger, almost everyone in the UK and across Europe had a “stock arriving soon” message, even consulting with the AI dude proved unsuccessful…I then recalled this awesome store and gave it a shot. I was surprised and so thrilled to see they had this gnarly super charger in stock by the dozen! Needless to say , just like last time, my item was dispatched the very next business day,arrived post haste to my UK shipping hub, and was at my doorstep overseas just a few days later ! Absolutely incredible!!! I got it at absolutely top notch condition, superbly packed , for an a great price!! These guys n gals mean business, will definitely stop by in the future as the need arises!
