“I had a home visit due to hectic work/family life. The mortgage process was explained well and information was clear. The rest of the process was pretty straight forward. Not a fan of online portals as a way of communication, this is the method used by the solicitor. Updates were missed and delayed process. Prospect Tree were fab and on the case. Made what could have been a confusing change of mortgage pretty easy. Thank you.”
