We were struggling to sell my mother's non-standard construction property, through routine buyer channels and even 'cash buyer' avenues we had previously explored. Ramnik gave us a very frank appraisal of ALL our options, made a cash offer AND offered alternative contacts he suggested we should pursue first, in case they were able to achieve a higher sale value for us, which is exactly what happened. “One of the best house buying companies Having inherited a property that, we tried to sell via an estate agent. The buyer needed a mortgage and property needed a lot of work. 6 months in, estate agent called to say that its unmortgageable. We just could not go through the pain of selling my inherited bungalow! A work colleague mentioned house buying companies. This is when we saw an ad from Property Saviour. We gave them details of property and sent in some photos via email. Within 24 hours we had an offer. They offered to pay our legal fees. I still can’t believe that we sold our bungalow so fast in just two weeks!”
