“I lived in my studio flat since 2014, and I always had in the back of my mind renting it out as an income stream and moving onto my dutch barge when it was completely fitted out. My small business was doing very well until COVID hit, and then all gains were lost. Foolishly, I used up savings to maintain myself and the business, took a risky business investment which bombed, and eventually ran myself into debt. The present climate for landlords put me off renting, and so I decided to sell asap and move onto the barge. Unfortunately, there is only 59 years left on the lease, and it would cost in the region of £25,000 to extend it. I considered buy for cash companies. Of the three I dealt with, I found Ramnik's Property Saviour as the most genuine. I got quite far down the road with one of them, but realised I was being conned when they dropped the offer price by £40,000. Ramnik couldn't match the other outfits original offer, but he kindly kept in touch and gave me advice even though at that time he was not going to be the buyer. I abandoned dealing with the first company and settled on selling to Property Saviour. Everything went to script. I have sold, sorted out my finances and moved onto my boat. Reading other people's reviews, I agree with all of them that Ramnik is a reliable buyer. What you see is what you get, and I totally recommend Property Saviour.”

“One of the best house buying companies Having inherited a property that, we tried to sell via an estate agent. The buyer needed a mortgage and property needed a lot of work. 6 months in, estate agent called to say that its unmortgageable. We just could not go through the pain of selling my inherited bungalow!
