“One of the best house buying companies Having inherited a property that, we tried to sell via an estate agent. The buyer needed a mortgage and property needed a lot of work. 6 months in, estate agent called to say that its unmortgageable. We just could not go through the pain of selling my inherited bungalow! A work colleague mentioned house buying companies. This is when we saw an ad from Property Saviour. We gave them details of property and sent in some photos via email. Within 24 hours we had an offer. They offered to pay our legal fees. I still can’t believe that we sold our bungalow so fast in just two weeks!”

“Contacted them over the weekend and received a call back first thing Monday morning. Gave me great advice on my current situation with promise of further help in the future if their advice didn't work, all done at no cost. Well worth contacting them to explore all of your options.”

“We were recently recommended Property saviour. Having contacted, found Saddat to be very knowledgeable in the various methods of achieving a quick sale. More importantly, he very much kept to the scheduled time lines, given the complex process of legals etc.. Would we use his services again..? Most likely if we require a fast exit.”
