“Daniel & Maniksha basically salvaged our purchase after Santander reneged on our Mortgage in Principle once we'd had our offer accepted. “Like many others I started looking for a mortgage by contacting high-street banks. My experience was terrible: all they wanted to do is tell me what they needed from me. They were never concerned about how appealing what they were offering me actually was. I thought that they had the whole idea backwards: they should be the ones fighting for my business, not the other way around. I was sure there had to be a better way to find a mortgage that works for me. I started searching online and randomly stumbled upon Private Finance. They had very good reviews and I gave them a call. I talked with Daniel, who after a short introduction asked me to describe my situation to him and what I was looking for. I immediately felt that I had hit gold: he actually wanted to understand my needs! What a change from those high-street bank people. He listened to me while I described my situation and when I was done he simply said: "I think I can help you. Give me two days and I will let you know for sure." It took him one day and his suggestion took us all the way to finish line. We now have our house and it is all due to him and the team at Private Finance. The quality of service, the honesty and responsiveness I received from Private Finance were amazing. There isn't one thing they didn't do right. Daniel and the team at Private Finance are simply phenomenal. If you're looking for a mortgage, don't bother with anyone else.”
