“Cannot fault Dan and Maniksha. They helped take so much tstress and worry out of buying our first home. Dan managed to secure us an excellent rate and was always available for a call. Maniksha was extremely proactive in helping to chase our lawyers and liaising with our mortgage provider. I cannot thank them enough for all the help and guidance. Both superstars.”

“Mike and Tom were brilliant with our complex mortgage due to self employment and being the director of a relatively new limited company. “Nathan from private finance did an excellent job helping us secure our mortgage. I recently moved to the UK from the US, making it harder to get approved for a mortgage. Nathan was able to help my wife and I navigate through this constraint and find a lender that was comfortable lending to us. Even though we lost out on multiple homes due to probate and assessment issues, Nathan was a consistent partner throughout it all and worked with us to secure the best rate possible. “Having private finance Ltd help me find a mortgage as a company was very professional , but Having jenna as a advisor was a pleasure . My remortgage on my property wasn't the easiest for Jenna , she never gave up and was always in contact for updates and reassurance . “Chris was recommended to us by the estate agent, as we hadn't found a mortgage broker yet. He was immediately very thorough and helpful, and made it clear that he would be acting independently for us. He helped us to squeak in our approval just before the mini budget in September 2022 sent the market into a panic, which has saved us thousands on a five-year fixed term. He and Jacob were always very friendly and helpful.”
