“After having great difficulties getting the correct printer cartridge the staff at Printerland were more than helpful, within a few hours I had the right one ordered and it arrived early next day so a very efficient service from the staff with a lot of help and information. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in a dilemma with their printer problems.”

“Always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, always happy to help and advise on the best product. When placing orders it is straightforward with no problems. Deliveries always arrive in the time given. We have only had one problem with a tonner, but this was sorted quickly and a replacement was delivered the next working day.”

“I have used printer land for machines, toner and ink cartridges. On all occasions the products have arrived very promptly and well packaged. The first machine which I bought was a networked MFP, for which I required assistance to set-up. The customer service/support was knowledgable and helpful and my problem was resolved very quickly. I have no issues recommending the company.”

“I wanted a second printer for the office and wanted a specific one so that I could use the same toner cartridges as my existing printer. I called HP who directed me to the printerland website and explained what I needed. The subsequent order process was extremely quick and simple (which left me a bit, Oh I've just spent £400 that was quick, I wonder if I did the right thing :-) The printer arrived extremely quickly and I got around to plugging it in and using it today and all is well. Thanks very much Andy”
