“I had researched what printer I wanted before even going to the Printerland site. Printerland had the item I wanted in stock, for a reasonable price and quick delivery. I placed the order and expected nothing more than confirmation the item had been dispatched. So I was very impressed to receive a call to double check the printer I ordered had the spec I was expecting. Very good service.”

“This is the third printer I have bought from Printerland. I am a repeat customer because of; wide range of printers from all the major brands very competitive prices, in fact I couldnt find anyone cheaper very rapid free delivery. Important if your existing computer has suddenly died and you are desperate for a replacement excellent service. You can talk to UK based people who know all about what they are selling rather than dealing with a call centre thousands of miles away. very professional and businesslike.”

“Fantastic service, Printerland have been consistently good since I started using them two years ago. “I recently purchased a Canon MAXIFY GX4050 from Printerland and couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite paying via PayPal—which caused a slight delay in the payment clearing—the team processed the order incredibly quickly the moment it was confirmed. The delivery was top-notch. The printer arrived in excellent condition, and having a specific delivery time slot made it very easy to ensure someone was home to receive it. What really stood out was the post-purchase support. I was able to apply for both the Canon cashback and the 3-year extended warranty immediately, and both were approved within 24 hours. To top it off, Printerland even contacted me after delivery to ensure everything was working correctly. It’s rare to see that level of proactive customer care these days. Highly recommended!”

“I cannot recommend Printerland highly enough. I ordered a new Canon printer on line one afternoon and it was delivered free of charge to my door by 0830 the following morning! I have never had such speedy service from a retailer. Their website has plenty of choice so everyone is bound to find exactly they need.”

“I ordered a Brother MFC-L2960DW printer for my home office. I am very pleased with the printer, it does everything that I wanted. The service from Printerland was first class. I appreciated the call to check if the specification was right for my needs. It is good to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about, as for many retailers that isn't the case. Also the next day delivery was on time and I was kept informed of progress. Finally after a few days I got an email to check I was happy with everything (which I am!).”
