“I have purchased toners on several occasions from Printerland and have always received excellent service. The staff are always helpful and efficient. Delivery always arrived next day. Prices are extremely good . Tracking information provided on day of delivery. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“I needed to renew my printer ink, but was unable to find a replacement using the 'old' number. I just happened to ring Printerland and was answered by a young man who immediately solved my problem. The order was taken, and the very next day the ink arrived. I could not be more impressed with the advice and superb service I received. I am sure the aforementioned young man would not be too embarrassed if I mentioned his name --- Carl Barron”

“Dominic was fantastic. Knowledgeable and helpful with out being condescending. He's an absolute star. The printer is everything we needed thanks to Dominic' s help. Delivery was free and came as promised with an hour time slot given on the morning. I was able to plan my day around the time slot. “Excellent! Second printer I have bought from Printerland. Ordering and payment simple. Delivered on the day promised. Real value for money with the cashback. Cashback was easy to claim. Worked out cheaper to buy a new printer rather than get my old Samsung CLP670ND repaired! Recommended.”

“Bought a HP laser jet printer from Printerlnad. Printer would have been same had i bought from another merchant.What stood out for me was Excellent service.They kept me informed all the way from placing the order to follow up contact after I had received the product. Price was very competitive enough but the service given was the old fashioned service which has sadly become very rare in this modern age of facelessness.”
