“Printer was delivered in less than 24hrs and I was able to track the delivery all the way, spot on with timing of delivery, which is important. I phoned up to talk to staff for reassurance about a small issue and the chap at the other end was honest enough to say he did not know as he had not dealt with such an issue, no bull just honesty. He came back almost immediately and dealt with this simple matter. I have not tried the printer yet but will do a review after I have started using it. However I do recommend a freind to give you a hand if you are taking up the stairs as it is a bit heavy.”

“Matthew gave excellent customer service, speaking clearly on the phone and making the order very easy.
