“I love that I can call you up, you find what printer I have and as easy as that you have the options of cartridges for me! Yes, some people may prefer online ordering – and you offer that too – but I'm a busy supervisor here and a quick phone call is all it takes and the cartridge is here next day. 😊 So – there’s a glowing recommendation for you! Oh and yes – the cartridge was all received next day!”

“Didn’t require them to do anything complicated. Ordered a printer through them. What I ordered was delivered ontime. Answered the phone quickly when I rang to ask about claiming cashback. Gave me advice on my options. Service should always be this simple”

“We have used Printerland for the past 5 years. They always offer a high level of service, customer care, and product knowledge. Delivery is always of a quick turn around, and even if our account manager is on holiday, other members of staff are well versed in their product knowledge and happy to help. Printerland are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.”

“I have ordered from here before but wanted a new printer and wasn't sure what to go for and I got really good advice as to what to choose and they were very helpful and once ordered it came within days and the printer is great. Wouldn't hesitate to use again”
