“I chose what I thought was the best printer for me and placed my order. The next day I received a call from Printerland to say that they had received my order and suggesting that I consider an alternative model with the same specification but less expensive. I took the suggetsion and the printer arrived promptly and very well packaged. I am very pleased - thank you.”

“I had originally ordered a product that was out of stock and asked for suggestions. The person on the phone was very knowledgable and advised on the new printer that I did get, which has much cheaper ink cartridges. I am impressed with the attention to detail and the level of service, the new printer arrived the following day and is up and running without any issues whatsoever. I have used PrinterLand in the past and will continue to do so - a top notch service.”

“Very happy with the service. We firstly ordered a printer as our old one had broken, one of the team was very helpful in helping me choose which one would be more cost effective for our company needs. On ordering replacement toners one of the team rang me to advise of a special offer that was running so changed my order thus saving the company money. Both products were delivered the following day of the order. Very friendly & helpful staff.”

“We have used Printerland multiple times now to buy printers for our customers as they always have the stock we need and are delivered the next day. Printerland have called us before to let us know there are newer\cheaper versions of the printer we want available and when the ink for printers we have previously bought with them are on offer. Never had a problem with any of our orders and the customer service is very helpful if we have any questions.”

“I ordered a printer that I had chosen. I then received a call from someone at Printerland informing me of a potential problem & politely asked why I wanted that printer, they proceeded to help me by suggesting a £100 cheaper alternative that did everything I wanted that was also a newer model. The order then arrived promptly the next day, I set it all up and worked perfectly, very happy satisfied customer.”

“Last month I purchased a black toner for our b/w MX310de and a magenta toner for our colour CX510de .... you can tell we are LEXMARK fans. Printerland recommended these printers a few years ago and we are very happy. Sadly for Printerland they never go wrong :) || Thank you Printerland. VERY FAST next day delivery. Great. Very happy client ... we will be back in 2019. Merry Christmas to the team at Printerland.”
