“I was pleased with the speedy delivery, but what impressed me most was the excellent customer service afterwards. When Printerland found out that I had been offered a discount just after I had placed my order they retrospectively applied the discount to my order. Excellent company that I would highly recommend.”

“I've bought a number of laser printers, both colour and mono, and associated toner cartridges from Printerland over quite a number of years now. I go back to Printerland each time because I find the range of products, the pricing and the service quality consistently very good. I will happily return in the future.”

“Thank you for the speedy delivery of a great printer. Although the website had problems taking money from my credit card, a short phone call sorted this with payment over the phone and there was no delay to the original delivery date. Many thanks.”

“I began using Printerland a number of years ago, strictly by chance. And the proof is in the pudding as I am still using them today. I have always been favourably impressed by the knowledge and good humour of those answering the phones, as well as receiving my purchases of both printers and inks the very next day. Indeed, service is the key to success and never more so than in these challenging economic times. The best firms have survived, while those neither nimble nor service-oriented are falling by the wayside. Well done chaps1”
