“Great service. Easy to use website / ecommerce and then a follow up call which encouraged an additional purchase on very attractive terms. Nice people too! I would recommend as many competitors are just selling cheap imports”

“I first used Printerland a couple of years ago, but have tried other companies since. I can honestly say that I won't bother going anywhere else in future, as the service at Printerland is first class, with an easy-to-navigate website, rapid delivery and good customer care (should you need it). The prices are extremely competitive too.”

“The customer service at Printerland has been brilliant. Not only was delivery quick of my basic home laser printer a few months ago, today their technical support has saved me! I couldn't print any postal labels for my business thanks to upgrading operating system on my mac which meant my Xerox printer would no longer work. Matthew was brilliant. He knew what he was talking about, he worked hard to find the workarounds and solutions and now I can print again! I'd thoroughly recommend them and have full confidence in their ability to help me.”

“We buy the original inks for our Samsung printer and find price always keen. Always well packed never damaged on route. I particular like Next Day Delivery which really is Next Day from when I make the order.”

“I have just changed over to a laser printer from an inkjet, & have been really happy, buying both the printer & replacement cartridges from Amazon. However, I was in the middle of a print run the other day, & it just stopped, with the app showing > 70% ink still in cartridge. So being late Friday, I immediately ordered 3 more replacements from Amazon, not realising I was going thro printerland. Further digging around on the printer (& reading the manual ;-) ) revealed it was the printer drum, not the ink cartridge. This time I found myself directly on Printerland's web site, & ordered 2 more drums & more ink cartridges on the Saturday. Long & short - the 6 cartridges arrived together on Monday morning, & a bit later the drums. What impressed me was the way Printerland linked up the two separate orders, and then delivered so promptly. Excellent price, excellent service, & excellent customer care: 10/5 !!”
