“Printerland have always been my first port of call whenever we need to replace a printer and to be very honest their service is so good I can usually place an order and relax. This occassion was no exception, in fact when we place the order on a Friday we asked if the printer could be delivered the following Thursday in stead of their guaranteed next working day delivery, and sure enough our brand new printer arrived as promissed Thursday morning so a big thank you to all at Printerland for providing such a reliable efficient service.”

“Easy to use website, with the order confirmed over the phone by Richard. The printer was delivered the next day by excellent courier (arrived spot on time) and well packaged. As always, excellent Epson printer - was a replacement. Richard then sent an email to make sure I was happy with order. Fantastic company, with excellent products and outstanding customer service/communication. Happy to recommend this company.”

“We've bought 2 MFC Lasers from Printerland, a Versalink 405 and a Xerox 6605. We continue to buy original consumables from Printerland as a)this retains the warranty and b)they match or better other company's prices (for originals). Service top notch, delivery excellent, can't fault them.”

“We have used Printerland for all of the toners used so far. Price is very reasonable and even had a 10% discount code this time. They use DPD to deliver to us and they in my opinion are one of the better couriers to use so that shows customer care is a priority.”

“We ran out of ink on our printer at exactly 1626. I placed the order and paid for it just before 1630 (its that easy). The inks were delivered the next morning before 1030. So impressed! the day was saved! We will be using again!”

“Very polite and informative customer service department who are willing to answer any and all questions . As we were unsure what style of printer we were after, Printerland's service team ran through numerous models within our price range, giving the positives and negatives of each but without pushing for a sale. Since then, all correspondance with Printerland has been quick and easy. Our orders arrive by 7am the following morning and are always correct. We would definitely recommend using them for your printer needs.”

“I was approached by Printerland regarding printer toners... I get a lot of calls like this! However, Eleanor was genuinely lovely on the phone, very down to earth and very 'real', no scripts and no hard sell. I agreed to buy two toners and have not looked back. We have a great working relationship now and Eleanor has been invaluable with her help - especially when I got my own delivery address wrong! All in all this is a great, helpful company with great prices - they stand out from the masses. Please give them a go. Lucy”

“Always great service and prices from Printerland. Give them a call as there's usually an offer to be had and their expertise can steer you away from buying the wrong printer. We've now had countless printers and always order toners from them, wouldn't go anywhere else.”
