My order - 204643 - was returned to you via Royal Mail on 27/1/24 and I have not yet heard from you regarding this item being received and my refund being processed. I am presently not in a good position to comment upon my customer service as this is still outstanding.

Ordered slippers which showed in stock. As they were due to be delivered received an email saying they were out of stock despite showing in stock on the website,
Requested a refund and 10 days and 4 emails later the refund is still showing as pending.
Shocking customer service and no response to emails sent, avoid!
