“Natalie our trainer was great, really upbeat and easy to listen to with great industry knowledge. Only minor is not knowing how long the pre training modules were likely to take, this may be explained somewhere but I didn't allow enough time for it and ended up rushing. Splitting the course into 2 half days may also benefit some folk like myself who struggle to write off an entire day on the calendar?”

“I found the 'Managing Safely' training to be useful and informative in the main, with a good balance between learning and reviews and checks of material covered. However, it was let down at various points by poor grammar and spelling in some of the written elements and use of AI voices for some of the video clips - the AI voices get the pronunciation and emphasis wrong very often and this undermines the main learning points. Poor grammar and spelling indicates a lack of care in training material preparation, which reflects poorly on Praxis42. Both would be easy to fix.”
