“Thanks just a pitty I gad to do it twice”

Thank you for your review and comment. Course retake frequencies are set by your Organisation Administrator who should be contacted in the first intance. If you are experiencing a technical issue they will refer you to our Support Team who wil be happy to assist.

“Interesting course, but some of the answer options on the exam questions make no sense. The computer generated voice in videos is annoying at best and incomprehensible at worst. The example investigation exercise is ridiculous: using a disaster that warranted an investigation from government is perhaps not the best example for a relatively low level H&S course.”

Thank you for your three star review. Would you mind reviewing your comments please. We would like the opportunity of addressing any concerns you might have.

“There is a lot to take in in blocks of text and no sound, which would make it easier to understand. The interactive examples are difficult to identify and I had to use the hint button a few times as the diagrams are not clear. More examples of good/bad behaviour would be helpful, eg as a fire marshal in the past I have had to sweep areas and check rooms as fire officers ask if the building has been checked/cleared and it was a policy of our office to have to do that. Perhaps we shouldn't have had to. First thing people do on hearing the fire alarm is to go to the toilets and this is not mentioned anywhere on the training. Needs improvement so people who learn in different ways can learn it. Plus colours and uses of fire extinguishers is confusing so difficult to remember.”

We have received no other reports from your Organisation Administrator and would ask that you please contact your Organisation Administrator to seek assistance with any course progress issue you are experiencing. “Overall training was good, however I took the end assessment several times and could only achieve 90%. I have worked in this field so can't see what I got wrong and unfortunately you are not told. Extremely disappointing that with such an important subject you can not find out what questions you've answered incorrectly.”

“i believe some of your question on HGV speeds are wrong a HGV cannot travel over 55 mph. your dual carriage way question i also believe is wrong its 60mph with now central reservation and 70mph with a central reservation you do not stipulate this in the question.”
