“Fast delivery and a high quality lamp. It’s so helpful to be able to use without a plug socket nearby. I’ll be interested to see how long the charge lasts on the bulb.”

“Bought two beautiful table lamps with elegant shades. Only nuisance is that we opted for cordless lamps with rechargeable bulbs. The bulbs take 5 hours to charge and only stay bright for 11 hours which means recharging both bulbs every day in the winter!”

“This is my experience as a Pooky fan living in Spain. First of all, the Pooky team is patient and friendly (thanks Abi).As for the quality of their products, it's wonderful. I'm really happy with my purchase! As for international shipping, I made two purchases: the first was sent with DHL and the experience was good. The second purchase was sent with DPD - SEUR and it has been really frustrating. Even though I paid the customs duties, I have not received the goods. The package was sent back to the origin due to an error by the transport company (they have space issues) and right now I don't know what will happen to my money and the products I purchased. I am waiting for the Pooky team to tell me what will happen now.”

“Fantastic rechargeable table lamp - beautiful choice of shades. I decided to buy the extra battery to have ready charged which is a great option. Annoying that I had to pay postage on this as below £50 - it’s already an expensive item!”

“Service 5/5 - I ordered the day before Black Friday for the whole site to offer 15% off < 24 hours later. Contacted Pooky and they refunded the difference. (Maybe the right model would have been for Pooky to contact me and offer the discount though!). Lamp base 5/5 - I love it; heavy cut crystal and it feels substantial Lamp shade 4/5 - it doesn’t quite sit flat when connected to the base (via the magnets) and because the metal arms are solid, there’s no ability to adjust and correct it. Light unit 3/5 - They work really well and hold a good charge (2 “days” if using for mood lighting). The usb c connector is a bonus… However, it’s not so convenient. That’s because you have to use the proprietary cable that’s supplied with the lamp. A normal USB C or Thunderbolt cable does not work. Not sure why this design decision was taken but I’d forego any features to have universal charging compatibility and not rely on a dedicated cable.”

“Love my 2 wall lights. The only comment I would make is that they were delivered on different days. Luckily I hadn't booked the electrician”

“Beautiful lamp base and lampshade, it is exactly as described. Excellent service and delivery. The only thing I would add is the genesis rechargeable cell doesn’t last as long as I expected. Meaning I am charging it every other day with a average use of around 5-7hrs Hope that helps”

“I bought several products from Pooky some really beautiful.The last lamp I bought does not raise at the level of the previous ones the electric cable is ugly and very thick-I will probably have to look elsewhere in the future.”

“Beautiful product, beautifully packed. Everything about the transaction was easy including the use of the website and ordering. The only downside was use of DPD as the postal service who claimed to have visited twice and sent photographs of their van at another house in the village to prove it! When informed, Pooky sorted out delivery quickly but the parcel was three days overdue. Pooky would do better to use Royal Mail and Parcel Force than the failing businesses who claim to be postal services.”

“Really love my rechargeable lights! My only thing is I wish they didn’t dim as they ran out of battery, or there was a way of seeing how much battery they are on. However, they last a long time which is great! Love the convenience and look!!”
