Product was ok but arrived late even though I paid for next day delivery. Poorly refunded the delivery but it nonetheless meant I had to quickly source an alternative product. I would also suggest that the ceiling rose is too small.

I am sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive on time, but I am glad that we have managed to help you with this problem and refund you for the cost of your delivery. For future reference, we do offer a similar pendant kit called the Deco which has a larger ceiling rose that may have been more suitable for you. Great lamp and shade but DPD again failed to deliver on the specified date so I had to call Customer services. Finally delivered, but in separate deliveries. This is the second time that I've experienced problems with your courier and had to chase. A shame asyour products are so good

Could not order over phone Delivery company attempted to deliver to wrong house but stated I was not home. Eventually did deliver to different but wrong house.

Lampshades and fittings are beautiful. However, the fittings themselves came with a missing screw. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for a couple of weeks. The service team have been helpful and quite quick to respond. But I was sent the wrong screw! So we’re still waiting for the correct screw to be fitted.

My purchase arrived and must be returned because of quite bad marks on them . But the staff so far have been very attentive and quick to reply. My product will be bk in stock in the next few weeks. So looking forward to getting my light , hopefully in perfect condition.

Whilst I am very happy with Pooky, I am still awaiting the delivery of my recent purchase from you. No delivery attempt has yet been made and DPD failed to deliver my purchase on the nominated delivery date and have not contacted me since. Making contact with DPD themselves is virtually impossible. Hence I am not impressed and still await my purchase.

Lovely shades and lights but repeated issues with light bulbs not working, fused on arrival. No replacement provided. Annoying aa they are expensive. Reading lamp light bulb change unbelievably difficult, almost returned for this reason

Bought a lampshade. I like the design, but there was a small brown mark inside the top part of the shade which I didn’t notice when I unpacked it. Didn’t think it would be a problem, but when I turn the light on, you can see the mark through the paper shade. I’d already disposed of the box, so I guess it’s my own fault for not checking thoroughly. I’m surprised this got through quality control at Pookys end. I don’t think I will buy anything from the store again.

I received an amazing ceramic pendant shade with lots of delicate little bobbles. Unfortunately the upper part of the pendant fitting kit doesn't fit to our case

I am a little disappointed with this light. The previous lights were of very good quality but this one not so much. The ceiling rose is way too small for the fittings and impossible to instal neatly. I would have expected better from Pooky and at their price.

Love the lights they should be soooooo good but... No idea what happened to one of ours six months in stopped working completely Ordered replacement- expensive Replacement cake with different chargers so now thinking ... hmmm maybe there's a fault

Hi there Mimi, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We would never expect our customers to order a replacement of a faulty item and pay for the replacement. I can see that we sent out a replacement free of charge to rectify the problem. In regards the the difference in chargers, we now use the the USC as this is more replaceable as its not a unique fitting to our products and must always be rated to 5V. In order to fit the light to the ceiling I will have to fill in the larger opening(standard size of light fixture) paint the filled area and then fit the Pooky light fitting- smaller circumference. A bit of a pain really, I will certainly be looking for exact dimensions of light fitting which is flush to the ceiling as I don't want to experience inconvenience .

Looks quite nice but not the best quality for the price as it feels quite flimsy. The colour and finish on the website is also quite different to the real thing.
