We specialise in treatments for nail problems, skin conditons and lower limb/foot pain. Conditions we treat include ingrown toenails, fungal nail infections, verruca, corns, callus, foot pain and injury, and anything else related to feet and lower limbs.

The podiatrist herself was lovely and made me feel comfortable. I just wish more information looked into and shared on the issue. Not sure if this is down to how the clinic operates or the individual style of the professionals. As someone who recently has started paying for private health appointments where needed instead of waiting to be seen by the NHS, I have seen much more informative and thorough research about lifestyle & future prevention from other private practices which have been well worth the £60-£80 payment but I ended up paying double this service without any of this info.

Although really helpful in understanding what the issue was during my appointment, I can’t believe how expensive it was for a very simple diagnosis. All in all, I think it was unfairly priced and I felt compelled into paying so much more than I had anticipated. It was a shame as I thought Krishna was otherwise really helpful.

We are glad to hear that you were happy with our service and your treatment, but are extremely sorry to hear that you felt the price was not fair. Our prices are very transparent, and openly published on our website. Also, as you would have done so, all appointments are paid for at the time of booking. Therefore, allowing every patient the opportunity to not proceed with their booking, should they feel it is not within their budget. Furthermore, all additional expenses and consumables are charged back to the patient. This is standard practice within the private healthcare industry. We are unable to absorb extra costs under a single appointment charge. All additional charges are agreed between the specialist and patient at the time of the appointment, and the patient only incurs these charges if they agree to them. We hope this provides some clarification into how pricing is worked out, but if you would like to discuss your concerns further, we will be glad to arrange a phone call at your convenience.
