I would definitely not recommend this clinic I took my 9 year old daughter and who has got verruca and the treatment which I was suggested was swift which was very painful and my daughter cried a lot.I feel this people are there to make money and don’t have the best interest for the patient. I have since then consulted other Podiatry and was told she is too young to have that treatment and that it is painful for kids. I took my daughter to this clinic as it is a private clinic and I was happy to pay for each treatment. I will definitely ask this clinic to think before you suggest this kind of treatment to kids ?? I wish I had never took my daughter to this clinic.I recommend to everyone planning to go to this clinic don’t! They care more about money than the pain a human feels. To add the first appointment, just before swift the podiatrist just removed all the skin without making the area numb so she was in a lot of pain, then she cried a lot. For me this is bad clinic and I would not suggest anyone to take their kids.

Dear Meera, We sincerely apologize for the distress your daughter experienced during her visit to our clinic. Your feedback is valuable, and we take concerns about patient care very seriously. It’s disheartening to hear that the treatment suggested for your daughter caused her pain and that you felt we did not prioritise her comfort. We appreciate your insights, especially regarding the age considerations for certain treatments, and we will certainly reflect on this to improve our approach in the future. We strive to ensure that all patients are treated with compassion and respect, and we regret that we fell short in your case. Please consider reaching out to us directly so we can address your concerns further. Your family’s well-being is important to us, and we hope to regain your trust. Thank you for sharing your experience. Best regards, Podiatry Station
I was left very disappointed after my appointment. As a medical doctor, I hold professional interactions in high regard and expect a certain level of respect and competence from my colleagues in the healthcare profession. Unfortunately, my experience during this visit fell short of these expectations. The appointment, which cost £70, and the subsequent treatment, which incurred an additional cost of £150, were both disappointing due to the condescending attitude of the podiatrist who attended to me. Despite my background in medicine, I was spoken to in a manner that was patronizing and dismissive. This behaviour is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in healthcare, where patient respect and clear communication are paramount. The other treatment options were also expensive and would have required an additional cost of £85 per treatment on top of the consultation treatment and requires on average 5-6 sessions. This is the same treatment that I was already performing at home where the same over the counter prescription costs under £20. Furthermore, I was given advice by the podiatrist that I believe was not medically licensed or appropriate. This advice did not align with standard medical practices and protocols, raising serious concerns about the competency and training of the podiatrist in question. As a medical professional, I am acutely aware of the importance of accurate and evidence-based medical advice, and it is alarming to witness the provision of information that was nonsensical. I understand the importance of clear communication in patient care, and I believe that every patient, regardless of their background, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. The podiatrist's approach not only undermined my confidence in the treatment provided but also left me feeling undervalued as both a patient and a fellow healthcare professional.

Further to your review, we have sent you an email directly and kindly ask that you revert to this. Thank you.
After stating that the problem I had with a toe nail would be sorted by removing the nail, which I did, the problem is still there. Visit the clinic again, and was told that I was one of the 4% people who had the nail growing again in the part where the pain was in the first place. For me, the aftercare is not good enough. Was told that to sort it, I will need to do the same surgery again with no discount offered. The podriaty station prioritises its business rather than caring enough for patients. Cristina Lago

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand the frustration caused. Patients are informed of all details including regrowth rates, prior to booking their surgery. We deeply apologise that we are unable to offer a discount for a second surgery in the event that the first surgery has not been fully successfull. We take patient care very seriously, and we would like to consider what we can do to make sure that you are satisfied with your experience. Please contact us at your convenience if you are happy to discuss this further.
On my first visit I received 20minutes consultation, which was a glorified nail trim and paid £60 for the privilege. A pin top white hard skin was detected and I was asked to book another appointment to discuss options for treatment which would cost another £60 and then treatment would follow at a further agreed cost. I went to boots bought verruca treatment for £4 and the spot disappeared. Sales pitch to make money also £5 bribe to write a good review.

Dear Amin, We apologise for your recent experience. It is with regret that you felt the need to leave our clinic a bad review. We try very hard to please every patient, and although majority of our patients are extremely satisfied, as a business we might not always get it right. We have reviewed your appointment notes, and can see that you had walked into the clinic without an appointment. We kindly fitted you in, and the appointment time was used for nail care and general footcare consultation/advice. There was no diagnosis of a verruca, and therefore no treatment was offered for this. With new patients, it is impossible to treat numerous conditions within one appointment, especially if regular footcare has not been carried out previously. We welcome you to contact the clinic to discuss your grievance further, and thereafter if you allow us to do so, we will make all attempts to correct any errors that become evident on our part. Please call us on 02033270194 and ask to speak to the clinic manager. Regards, Podiatry Station
Unfulfilled expectations. Service paid for was not the one provided. In addition, the health provider was unprofessional and provided misleading information. Would not use them again.
