“Lovely bathroom set at a reasonable price. Don’t think I would use Plumbworld again though as the delivery was pushed back numerous times and we weren’t updated, had to call them. The communication wasn’t great, we even got a updated date of 25/12/23!! Don’t know if that was a glitch or not but not very good to read when we were expecting maybe a few days delay not months! the main problem was the communication, we were never told each time that our order wasn’t coming the day we were waiting in all day for it. Had to call them each time. They would say it will be delivered a few days later but nothing came on the expected day. We were refunded delivery fee and a little bit off the order as an apology but still with how long it took and the lack of updates on delivery, don’t think we will shop here again. Shame as the prices are really good.”

“I ordered a sink and after about two weeks it still did not arrive so I cancelled it. My kitchen work got pushed back so when I tried to re order the sink the price had increased by £50 the next day. I asked customer services to honour the price at which I first purchased it but they refused to do so. Customer service wasn’t great. They didn’t confirm a date for the delivery of the sink I was told 24 hours but then it transpired it was going tk be Atleast a few days. I ordered a tap which was bad quality so I will be returning it.”
“Easy to order and pay. Great price. Delivery was a problem, as it took 3 attempts to deliver. I don't know why parcel couldn't be left in a safe place or on the doorstep. I thought waiting in all day for a delivery was a thing of the past. This may put me off ordering from Plumbworld again.”
“It had a good range of products, some of which I couldn't get anywhere else. I chose a medicine cabinet with LED light. The cabinet looks really good. The price could have been a bit ore competitive, but not a dealbreaker. The delivery was with a week, which was OK with me, as I was in no particular hurry, The cabinet was well packaged.”
