So, as a book: it's 0/10 but as a toilet part: I have to give it a solid 8/10. Look, if you want one of these because yours is broken, go for it. But don't just buy this because you think it might be nice to own. Although it is a very pleasing little mechanism with shiny chrome etc... No one knows why I am being asked "how I communicated with the company" (I just bought something online) or "how quickly did company reply to your queries" (they didn't because there weren't any). Ditto customer service - it arrived bang on time. The End.”
