“Whilst I could not fault the company in any way whatsoever (products great and prices too) I do take issue with the delivery company who left my parcel by the front door whilst we were away despite my instructions for safe place deposit. It OK to take a photo but when it's left outside overnight and in some of the heaviest rain we have had this year, the photo meant nothing. Fortunately, on our return the following day there was little damage, the outer packing box absorbed most of the rain but it does make me wary of purchasing from a company that uses such an unreliable service.”
“Ordered replacement Roce soft close toilet seat hinges. Parts arrived within stated time. Only slight negative was no indication of how to fit them or a link to an online source of information. I had to go searching online to find them. Even then it was confusing.”
“It's a story of a faulty part being replaced by a new bit that worked. Whilst the characterization is weak and the plot is thin, the part did work. So, as a book: it's 0/10 but as a toilet part: I have to give it a solid 8/10. Look, if you want one of these because yours is broken, go for it. But don't just buy this because you think it might be nice to own. Although it is a very pleasing little mechanism with shiny chrome etc... No one knows why I am being asked "how I communicated with the company" (I just bought something online) or "how quickly did company reply to your queries" (they didn't because there weren't any). Ditto customer service - it arrived bang on time. The End.”
