“In the end, I didn't need the item I ordered, as I found out that Screwfix had a similar and compatible unit, which I could pick up same day. I cancelled my order while the order status showed awaiting dispatch. They still shipped it to me, which was a bit annoying and I had to cancel it again. I was expecting to return it, but I didn't have to, and they promptly refunded the full price including postage.”
