“Ordered the silicone suction plate & bowl, really good quality however it doesn’t stick to the high chair or the work surface, disappointed more than anything. My 10 month old just keeps pulling it off his tray.”

Thank you for your review and feedback! Our suction plates & bowls work brilliantly on smooth surfaces. If your high chair has an uneven or a textured surface, the suction base may not be able to grip and create a full suction. One suggestion we do have to help if you do have an uneven surface is that you can press down in the centre of the bowl to create a better suction. In this instance, we would recommend doing this before putting your little one's food in their bowl. We hope this gets your little one back on their weaning journey. Kind Regards The Pippeta Team!

“I’d recommend the more expensive pumps if you are trying to pump for a frequent and long time rather than just a pit stop for transitioning from breastfeeding to formula. Not recommended for combifeeding or long term use.”

“I was really looking forward to trying this after read the reviews, but I’m not impressed. It does get the milk out but it’s not gentle with the breast. After first use I couldn’t resist my baby on the left breast , which was damaged by the pump . I tried all modes at low level but still hurts . I’m not sure if I can return it , I wish I can”

“Nice packaging the pump came in. Nothing to do with Pippeta but I spent £6 on next day delivery, the DPD driver knocked and didn’t give me enough time to answer the door. He left with the parcel, my partner went out to flag him down but he drove away on his phone, and he didn’t leave to parcel with a neighbour or at a location. I tried contacting DPD to explain this and hope I could get it that day.”

“Fast delivery but one of the bowls lid was good, no problems! However the 2nd bowl, lid and silicone seam does not seal properly and the contents spilled everywhere. I have contacted pippeta regarding this and had no response, quite disappointing”

“This pumps works wonder however the battery life is not so good. It dies half way my pumping and I had to recharged it again every 5min. I thought it was only because I’ve used it for couple of times but then when I had to charged it the second time it dies every 5min. Will you able to replace it so my pumping time will not be disturbed its just so fraustraiting using it.”

“Seems ok but the motor is really loose and doesn’t click on to the pump at all. Often find I have to hold it in place which defeats the point of it being hands free. Wouldn’t recommend.”

Hi Dorota, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been delayed. We are experiencing extreme delays at the local sorting offices causing parcels taking longer to be delivered. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands, and the customer care team are working above and beyond to push Royal Mail. While we appreciate your frustration the parcel is not classed as lost but instead caught in the delays meaning we can not open a claim nor refund your order. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

“I'm so disappointed with my duo pump. I bought it after seeing a demo at the baby show. The suction is intermittent at best (I've tried all the fixes suggested and still get different levels of success) and the pump is very noisy, enough to wake my husband up in the night. I had to pump for clinical reasons for my baby but had to borrow a different brand of pump from the hospital and since purchased a new pump because the performance of this pump.”

“I purchased one of these but unfortunately I am not a fan. The motor broke after a few days, I contacted support and I won’t lie they were brilliant and sent me a new one out straight away. However the pump is just not working for me, I place it on and for some reason it leaks! Many times the milk I have pumped has spilt all over me, I’ve taken it apart a few times and made sure it was all secure and the little gap was at the top but it still leaks”

“Very average. The electric unit falls off regularly and when it does stay on, I usually have to hold it down so it pumps properly which defeats the purpose of being hands free. Not as strong as other pumps either. Would not recommend”

“Wasn’t really too pleased with the customer service from pippeta. I had an issue with the product and was basically told it was my fault when it wasn’t. However pump works really well.”
