The suction in one pump stopped working after a few uses so I stopped using the pump hoping to get a replacement. A couple of days later when I tried to use the pump that was working, that had stopped working too!

Thank you for the feedback. I can see that you initially contacted us on the 12th February regarding the faulty pump, which was just over 2 months since the pump was purchased. We are sorry to see that a fault occurred with your pump. As your pump was under warranty we investigated this for you and I can see that we have replaced the motor for you with a brand new motor, which was sent to you last week. Ordered a baby feeding set on 26th December and paid for the next day delivery, however still haven't received the item, it's now 3rd January. Emailed asking for an update, however haven't received a response, there is no contact number on the website, so only contactable via email, which is not very helpful.

The pump is terrible, after few days just stopped pumping, even though I have changed the parts. Very difficult to maintain, it has too many parts and you need to sterilise everything then put it back together, it’s time consuming. Not reliable at all, I really needed to pump as my breast were engorged and I couldn’t!! Really bad product.

For the first 5 days my pump worked wonderfully. Very easy to figure out how to use. On day 6 however, my pump stopped working. I contacted the company and they refused to refund me. Instead, insisting I send the pump back to them for repair. When I questioned them, they said they aim to fix the problem or send a new one if it is unable to be fixed, the same day. Reluctantly (as I was worried about my milk supply dwindling) I returned the pump to them. They did offer me a discount on purchasing a new pump in the meantime but given the poor quality of the first one, I decline spending more of my money on it. They did not return my pump the same day and over a week later, only after I contacted them did they even look for my pump. They told me that (although sent to the address specified and signed for my pippeta) that it had ended up the the wrong part of the building?!!! They did finally return my fixed pump. Luckily I bought a Medela pump which actually works otherwise my baby would be on formula now!

I’ve used my Pippeta for 3 weeks and it’s completely broken! It’s not switching on at all or charging. Very frustrating as I need to pump and now have to wait for a new one. Pumps should last longer than this, it’s unreliable so woundnt recommend.

I am not impressed with the customer service there is only an email option. I resorted to sending an email, however I did not receive a response after 5 working days. Not impressed that there’s only an email option and no telephone or live chat options.

I ordered a wearable pump after several good reviews from friends. At a challenging time with a newborn struggling to feed I was reassured by the quick delivery timeframe. Payment was taken but my item was never delivered. I did not receive a response to multiple emails. A refund was processed eventually.

When the set arrived it was missing a spoon. I bought this bib as part of a set 6 months ago. It has recently ripped and I have emailed customer services and their response was I can purchase a new one as it wasn’t faulty when I received it.

We emailed them straight after a purchase querying something and we have heard nothing from them. It doesn't evoke great confidence as I now need to email them again.

Main product I purchased was flawed. Update 05/08/2023: Pippeta asked me to update the review since my issue "had been resolved" but since I haven't received the replacement yet and can't verify if it is any better (and it looks like I'll only be getting half a replacement), my score is unchanged. Update 06/08/2023: I have received replacement feeding lids. They are marginally better than the previous ones, but still do not tighten well and will likely come off if knocked with use. Other brands have much tighter seals. I will not be using the feeding lids, but will use a competitor. As stated before, the teats are good, but in the full set you cannot choose which flow speed you get.

I purchased the Pipetta as I thought it would be easier to buy a portable one and be able to Walk around and get on with other things. I previously used Lansinoh which is a great pump But I was restricted with moving and had to sit down to pump. I was super excited to try the Pipetta but very disappointed as the suction is really bad and I often pump and nothing comes out. I emailed customer service about this and they gave some tips on what to do but still It doesn’t work! Do not buy you will be disappointed.

I would not recommend this pump at all. Cannot see where your nipple is going, and I do not collect even close to the same as I do with an electric pump. Customer service was also very poor

This is the worst product that I have purchased. It is only been 2 months breast stopped working. I had purchased this device based on the reviews which were displayed on their site but I do not agree with those reviews. I would never recommend this product.

Do not order from here. Placed order and it didn’t even turn up. Customer service is shocking.

Hi Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been delayed. As per Laura’s emails we are experiencing extreme delays at the local sorting offices causing parcels taking longer to be delivered. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands, and the customer care team are working above and beyond to push Royal Mail. While we appreciate your frustration the parcel is not classed as lost but instead caught in the delays meaning we can not open a claim nor refund your order. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

I ordered my parcel with 24 hour tracked delivery on the 28th of November and it is now the 3rd of December and I've had no update whatsoever.

Hello Stephen, Due to Royal Mail strike actions this is causing huge delays throughout the UK in parcels getting scanned into the local sorting offices. Please note that your parcel was dispatched on the 28th November and a confirmation email was sent to your email. Unfortunately the delays have been out of our control. I would not recommend. First the item took a while to be received and there is a customs charge. Then when I opened it there were a lot of parts missing so I couldn’t use it. There was no charging cable, instruction book, extra flange or the other parts as advertised. I did contact pippetta about this and they sent them out, but it meant more time without being able to use the pump. Then when I did get the parts the pump didn’t even work. The motor does not connect to the collection cup how it is supposed to, meaning that it is loose and so the suction doesn’t work. I have now requested a refund and I hope they will honour this as I am without a breast pump and need something to be able to feed my baby! It has been a very very inconvenient purchase.
