“Sizing of boots is very small, so despite ordering a size up for my daughter, they are too small. As they were bought in the sale, no returns or refunds - so was a complete waste of money unfortunately. Should have read the returns policy before ordering!”

“Pump is ok, good for price however doesn’t empty me and I still end up using another pump , very positional and sometimes I find that I don’t get anything at all even though I feel suction and when I use my other pump I get 3-5oz. Also find sometimes it leaks when removing it. Good for price but could be better.”

“Let’s be very honest I’m Not sure about quiet … the pumping mode is very loud! The massage mode is just less milk pumping so it’s not putting as much pressure on the nipple but still noisy. I’m terms of wearable I guess it does the job if you have a big enough bra to hold it! I think it’s very expensive for what it’s worth. Doesn’t last very long and you have to charge it before another use (can’t charge and use it simultaneously) … dies at 30ml on the dot! Overall 2/5 stars for the sole fact that’s it’s hands free and very easy to clean/assemble.”

“This pump is ok. On more than one occasion when using it has leaked when using as the seal is not tight. I would probably in invest in a different one next time but ok to use from time to time.”

“The vacuum on the pippeta is far too intense making it too painful to use the pump. It is also rather loud. Disappointed as I was looking forward to using it but I've had to revert back to my old one.”

Hi Leanne - Sorry to hear your having problems. The pump should definitely not hurt but a reason it possibly could is that the flange is the incorrect size for you. Please make sure only your nipple is having the suction and not any of the areola. Our pumps come with a standard 24mm but please see the measuring guide on our site to check whether this is the correct size for you. I hope this helps!

“My pump arrived nearly a month after I had ordered it despite being told it would arrive within 2 weeks. I don’t get anywhere near the same output as I do with my Medela pump. Would not recommend.”
