“Our house is fully equipped with both burglar and fire alarms which made us feel very safe. It also has a very handy 24 hour maintenance emergency line too if anything were to go wrong. Overall, a good experience from signing the contract to moving in.”

“Clean office, friendly staff, seem to be knowledgable. Didn't put much pressure on us to sign that day, houses were all nice and relevant to what we wanted - no time wasting. Flexible with our decisions. Moving in date is irregular and 4 days after our current tenancy runs out, meaning we are going to have to pay to keep our stuff in storage which is highly inconvenient and a great cost to us!”

Thank you Anna, for taking the time to review . It is very much appreciated. We take on board your comments regarding the start dates for our tenancies. The reason why we do not start all our tenancies on the 1st of July is because we felt we could not deliver the service our tenants deserve. However , we are listening and will look again at our staggered start dates. Thank you again.
