“I had an issue with my electrics on Tuesday evening 12th December, between David and Emily at Pickards Head Office they had two sets of contractors on site on the 13th December to resolve the issue with the a new fuse fitted within in the RCD Unit controlling the hot water to the water tank. They were still contacting us after 7:00pm in the evening to get to see us for extra works. Absolutely brilliant service in these new times of not being able to get hold of reputable contractors to attend on time. Thank you David and Emily and thank you for keeping me updated all day with the progress reports. Adrian Ford, Brighouse.”

“I had no issues living there. Pickard was always very responsive and the few times I required some service around the house they were really fast about it. We receive a house in great conditions: all clean, new furniture, new kitchen…I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“The staff were very helpful and they did fun things like 12 days of Christmas where they gave out gifts on instagram each of those days which was lovely. The main complaint I'd have was being promised a professional house share when it turned out everyone was a student apart from me and people coming round most weeks (sometimes a couple of times) to make adaptations to the property. We were nearly always told in advance but it felt as though i didn't live there sometimes. I understand they need to do work for those potentially moving in but I paid rent while these things were happening and they did effect me and my life. Also, when I moved in there was an extra bin that wasn't in the inventory so I obviously didn't know of its existence. We were later all charged when the council found it down the street. I was not aware of this at all as it wasn't in the inventory. Mostly a good experience however.”

“100% would recommend. Pickards we’re kind and helpful from the start. We enquired about a house and our hostess was amazing, she gave us a tour and told us everything needed. Even small issues such as how much bills were going to be as well as if things could be changed or fixed before moving in, we’re all sorted straight away. Couldn’t thank them enough.”
