“A few of us viewed a property we really liked and they were happy for us to go for a second viewing so that everyone could see the house. The process was really smooth and quick. The identity check process was easy and reassuring that this is a secure company to rent with.”

“Myself and friends have recently signed a contract with Pickard’s for next year. Charlotte took the time to show us multiple houses (some very last minute) which helped us find one that was right for our group. “Pickard Properties have always been great since I moved in a few years ago. The property itself is beautiful but they’re also tremendously responsive to any issues. On top of that, though, I would like to specifically thank Jo E for all her assistance over the last year or so. The world would honestly be a better place if everybody in a customer facing role cared as much as Jo. I can’t begin to thank her enough. Just outstanding :)”
