“I have had some mediocre and some bad experiences with estate agents but from first meeting Pickard to moving in, they have been brilliant. I can only speak highly of them so far.”

“Pickard properties have lovely houses for a really good price and have been very flexible with move in and move out dates. Specifically Joe has been very helpful finding a house that is right for me, he has answered all my messages very quickly and organised house viewings within days of my enquiry.”

“Honestly each time I ring them up they do their very best to help with providing me with what I need. House was in sweet condition when moved in and if anything is to happen they’re always there to help out. Highly recommend.”

“A few of us viewed a property we really liked and they were happy for us to go for a second viewing so that everyone could see the house. The process was really smooth and quick. The identity check process was easy and reassuring that this is a secure company to rent with.”

“Pickard Properties have always been great since I moved in a few years ago. The property itself is beautiful but they’re also tremendously responsive to any issues. On top of that, though, I would like to specifically thank Jo E for all her assistance over the last year or so. The world would honestly be a better place if everybody in a customer facing role cared as much as Jo. I can’t begin to thank her enough. Just outstanding :)”
