I had an issue with my electrics on Tuesday evening 12th December, between David and Emily at Pickards Head Office they had two sets of contractors on site on the 13th December to resolve the issue with the a new fuse fitted within in the RCD Unit controlling the hot water to the water tank. They were still contacting us after 7:00pm in the evening to get to see us for extra works. Absolutely brilliant service in these new times of not being able to get hold of reputable contractors to attend on time.
