“We were amazed at the speed and efficiency of the entire PetAir process (moving our cat was easier than moving our furniture!). The service provided by all the staff at PetAir was exceptional from start to finish and we have recommended the service to a number of our friends and acquaintances.”

“Consummate professionals from initial enquiry to pick up day before flying. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the entire process was seamless. Everyone was so kind and caring and I felt totally as ease with handing my precious girls over on the day of pick up. I would highly recommend PetAir. I have to add that because of the size of my dogs (rottweilers) we had to fly with Virgin, I only had contact with their staff at LAX but they too were totally amazing and really put themselves out to make sure that the dogs were safe and calm (humans too).”

“Pet Air did a Fantastic job bringing me my beloved Labrador, Gracie over to America from the UK. She got off the plane looking as if she'd been at a spa! Victoria and everyone at Pet Air were meticulous about all the paper work and details which meant that at this end, I was able to collect Gracie in 10 minutes flat and get her home. She is settling in marvellously! Thank you all so much. I would recommend you all to anyone shipping an animal from the UK.”

“We are very happy with the service we received from PetAir, we were anxious about moving our Dog Lucy from the UK to Cyprus, PetAir could not have been more helpful and pleasant, they really made us feel a lot better about the move, we would definately highly recommend PetAir to anyone moving abroad”

“Thank you Pet Air for a great service. You made the whole process from start to finish very easy. Thanks also for being very quick with all our questions and sorting out what seemed like a massive problem ( it wasn't for you guys) when our dogs bloods needed to be re checked and sent to Sweden for testing about 5 days before she was due to fly. I would recommend your company to anyone who is thinking of taking their pet overseas, as the service was fantastic the dog care was fantastic. Many many thanks.”

“I was worried about the move of our cats from the UK to Spain, mainly because of the ages (20 and 17) and of their poor state of health of two of them (both on medication and suffering from hyperthyroidism). The logistics of the move (by road from Windsor to Gatwick, by air from Gatwick to Malaga, by road again from Malaga to Seville, because of the lack of suitable direct flight from Heathrow to Seville) looked likely to give them a lot of stress too, especially to Boysie given his strong dislike for cars. Your reassurances that all four (Maggie, Boysie, Merlin and Morgana) would be fine were entirely right. I already felt much happier when your driver came to collect them – he handled them very well and their cages were very good, much better than the normal ones sold in pet shops. When they arrived to our home in Seville, they looked relaxed and lively, and settled down very quickly. A local vet saw Boysie and Maggie a few days later and commented about their good state following such a long travel. One month later, they are fine, and so are the other two. My wife and I are both very grateful to you and to your colleagues for handling the move of our cats so well; the transfer of our cats was the aspect of our move that worried us most, and you have greatly exceeded our expectations.”

“Hello animals loves and people in need taking you loved once abroad . I just send my cat abroad and ask for help Pet air UK .they looked after my boy very well . They keep and touch with me letting me know how is my boy ,even send me a pictures to proved that he is well. I had so much help from the Pet air team from the moment I left my boy till I collected him at destination that I would recommend them to everybody. I am so happy I meat those people because they do care about our pets as we all are .I wish everybody where like them . If you ever need somebody to help you with travel your pet abroad please call Pet Air UK team.”

“I would like to thank Petair for the excellent service they provided in taking care of our cat Shaun, so that his trip out to Sydney then onto Perth went by without any problems at all. Also the service from all the staff in the UK was excellent in keeping us informed all the way through the process needed for Shaun to enter Australia. This would also be seconded by Mr David Talbot (no relation) who was Shaun's vet involved with all the procedures. I would have replied sooner but we hit the ground running after we arrived on Xmas eve 2014 and I've been going through my old computer to see what I had missed(Lap top now broken).So once again thank you and I would recommend Petair to anybody wanting to take their pets with them when emigrating. “Firstly, I'd like to thank all of the staff who assisted us in transporting our cats - Russell and Seamus - to Dubai; in the UK they were Zara, Vickie, Catherine and Linsey and on their arrival in Dubai, it was Julie Jackson. When we knew we would be moving to Dubai with my husband's job, we decided that our cats would also have to come with us. To be honest, I was dreading having to deal with this particular aspect of our move, when we also had a house to sell and another to buy, together with all of the additional paperwork required by the UAE when families move to Dubai. So, I thank my lucky stars for the day I searched on the Internet for a company who transports pets abroad and I found PetAir - what an absolute Godsend the company and its wonderful employees are!! I read the online reviews about PetAir and as they were so highly regarded, I didn't hesitate to 'phone them and enquire myself. I wasn't sorry ......... every member of staff who dealt with me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - they really couldn't do enough to help us. I was kept fully informed as each necessary step was completed, which took all of the additional stress away from me, as it was one less thing for me to deal with. Our 'furries' arrived in Dubai 36 after hours after the rest of the family and they were delivered by a charming gentleman to our apartment door in their FAB crates - 28 floors up - and 48 hours later, they seem fairly settled in their new surroundings. It'll take them a few days to find their feet and settle down properly and I'm expecting a few sleepless nights for a while - these two love being outside at night. The main thing is that the whole family are together again and, thanks to PetAir, our adorable cats have made our move to Dubai complete. Once again, thank you so much to everybody involved with this move. We really can't thank you all enough for enabling us to bring our cats over to Dubai with so little stress (for them and us) and we'll definitely be in touch again when we head back to reside in the UK.”

“Thank you so much Pet Air . Holly the cat arrived in Dallas in great condition . She seemed not at all bothered by all the thousands of miles , she had travelled from the UK . Everything from the first contact with Pet Air about the possibility of relocating our cat with our family to the USA , to the collection from our UK address ,for her over night stay at their kennels , the text to say she had cleared customs and of course the collection from USA customs , was all very professional and went smoothly with no problems . I would also like to say , the special crate she travelled in was of a very high standard . We will use it again .”

“I was extremely anxious about my cat, Atticus, flying from the UK to Oregon, USA and I had many many questions for the Petair UK team which were all answered thoroughly and everyone was very pleasant and friendly and made me feel a lot more relaxed about the whole thing. Atticus arrived safely, a little overwhelmed by the journey at first, but very quickly settled in and was back to his old self in no time. The carrier that was provided by Petair UK is great!! Atticus had plenty of room and very comfortable fluffy bedding he was laying on, which had an absorbent mat underneath. We went with the gold package, which I highly recommend. The journey was a week ago now, and I sit here typing this with Atticus curled up sleeping happily in his scratching box (which seems to be his favourite thing so far) on the computer desk next to me. If we ever relocate we will DEFINITELY be contacting Petair again. They have been absolutely fantastic! :)”

“Relocating our beloved pet Labradors Rosie and Peaches to Cyprus caused us a great deal of anxiety until we made contact with Petair. Our fears and trepidations were immediately resolved during our first telephone conversation with Jackie I'Anson. She filled us with total confidence in their ability to make the journey for our pets safe, secure and as smooth as possible. Thus it was; they were on the same flight as my wife and me and we were re-united with them at our destination of Paphos. We cannot praise the care, professionalism and pragmatism of the wonderful people at Petair enough. Thank you Petair (and especially Jackie!) for helping our dream come true!! “The service I received from petair has been world class. From initial conversations to the dogs being taken to Heathrow the support, advice and communication has been excellent. All people I spoke to were polite, knowledgeable and always so helpful. This was a huge undertaking for is putting our girls on a flight for 23 hours. Petair have me the confidence all would be ok. I/we couldn't have asked for more. We would recommend the gold service. Thank you all x”
