“After more than 5 years my pension investments achieved a less than modest return and much less than estimates. It has of course been a difficult time (Pandemic, Russia, etc) but the impact on my tax-free withdrawal is a loss of £20k from the target. However, the withdrawal process was handled very well by Pensionlite. The volatility in pension values required swift action and Pensionlite performed. Difficult to give 5 stars given my overall experience. I am hoping for more positive returns going forward.”

“the advice that has been received has as on many occasions only been forth coming, once an enquire has been raised by myself. The share market is on a downward slope at the present time the advise has been to switch to a new fund, but it has not been made clear if the gains will out weigh the charges made by the new funds. this now leave me in the state as a lay man of trying to make what could be a costly decision. The advise over the pass ten years has been very good but now we are in uncertain times it would appear not to come up to par with the uncertain times we are facing.”

“Not a good time to ask for a review as since commencement of drawdown, the market has dipped and it has caused initial losses to my pension pot. Started drawdown on 25th April 2017 and to date have drawn down £17831 over the 22 months in total. Meanwhile, my pot had reduced by £29000 during December 2018, but it has since improved to £22000 reduction up to February 2019 which is just over £4000 more than I have actually drawn down. However, I remain faithful to the advised investments and realise that it is possible to move into positive territory in a very short time, hence my Pensionlite rating as GOOD. Have recently discussed the facts with Mike Shaw and am hoping the recent recovery continues. I will review the situation at the end of the tax year (April 2019) and am hoping that it will not be necessary to temporarily stop drawing down. I do have confidence in the advice that I am being given and am sticking with the current investments that have been advised.”
