“Until earlier this year I had no complaints with Pensionlite, however, a few months ago I tried to login to your website only to find it was under construction. This reconstruction went on for weeks and now I am unable to log in to the new site. I had no notification this was going to happen and cannot avail of the service I am paying for!! Will you please advise on how I should access the website.”

Hi Noel, we are in the process of overhauling our secure website which is expected to be re-launched early next year. In the meantime if there is anything you need we are available on 01952 279379 or please email your request to support@pensionlite.co.uk. The office is open Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 7.30pm, and to 6pm on a Friday. Thank you for your comments.

“The management charges are expensive. Difficult to get info from. Not very good at answering question. Except by phone. Difficult to leave a badreview on the website”

“Not a great experience over the last year or so. I would avoid Pensionlite for advice. Some of their staff are rude and make you feel stupid. I'm a Managing Director and don't need to feel patronized then try to seek a fee and pay over the odds for something I had already decided to do but Pensionlite turned this around to make out it was their advice to me. Sorry to be so blunt but, you did ask. Regards”
