“I deal with Tom Williams regarding pension drawdown, I find Tom very efficient, affable and expedites my queries very quickly. I had a terrible experience with Royal London who if they get a bad rap then they deserve it. I’m so pleased I now deal with Tom and Pensionlite , Regards Sandra Menzies”

“My wife has a Defined Benefits pension. We contacted Pensionlite along with other providers to discuss options. We first spoke with Tom Flint who is part of the Client Support Team, he was polite, engaging and professional and told us what he would arrange. I had a couple of conversations with Tom and received updates via email and SMS as promised with the next steps. He introduced us to Ryan Steward who is a Chartered Financial Planner. Talking with Ryan was refreshing, we gave him a summary of our financial situation. Ryan broke everything down without over complication. After several emails and queries, and another phone call, my wife and I decided what would best to do with the pension at this time. Whilst the company name is Pensionlite which may indicate they only deal with pensions it seems to me that they provide complete personal financial planning, products and solutions.”
