“I ordered a pair of solovair derby boots for delivery to Hong Kong. Pediwear were very responsive over the questions I had and were able to send me some other photos so i could check they were exactly what i wanted. Overall, quite a smooth process. The shoes are amazing quality, the leather and stitching are perfect, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. I know these shoes will last a long time and worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”

“A reference point for those who love beautiful quality shoes, the best brands at unbeatable prices, qualified and professional staff that follows you from purchase to delivery, my Loake Royal arrived before the time estimated by Pediwear as the number does not was in stock from what I had been communicated with an email, kindness and courtesy, I really appreciated the shoehorn and the shiny and more in the package, very satisfied I recommend it with eyes closed to all, I know with certainty where I will buy the next pair of shoes, thanks to the whole team.”

“I long ago despaired of finding shoes at high-street retailers who, when asked if they could offer a size 13 say 'no' or - even worse - 'will a size 11 do?' So Pediwear has been a real find, not just because they carry - or can usually get - the size I need, but because they're a pleasure to deal with at a human level too. Order updates are written individually by a real person, and any queries or (rare) problems are dealt with promptly and in good humour. I could sometimes wish for a shorter delivery time - what shows as 'available' on the site doesn't always correspond to what the factory can supply - but there's always a courteous and helpful update to explain and mitigate any delays. Over nearly ten years, I've built up a handsome and versatile collection of shoes, and I'm still regularly wearing the very first pair I bought there. Now that my two sons are nearing adulthood, I've introduced them to Pediwear too. Feet are worth looking after; big feet even more so, and my feet are happier because I shop at Pediwear.”

“Contacted pediwear that I have a small delivery window in my home country to receive the package before having to leave town again. DHL Express delivery was arranged and the parcel was delivered even before I arrive back home. Items ordered and delivered were in mint condition with surprise free gifts! Definitely will be shopping via pediwear again, provided there are no shipping restrictions.”
