“Price presented was excluding delivery charges and I confirmed on that price. After delivery I found out you guys charged delivery fee. This is a fraud. Gave you 2 stars as the product itself is of perfection. Would try CJ once more whenever extra shoes needed”

Dear Mr Kim Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear about this matter, we certainly should not have charged you shipping without discussing this matter with you first. I have refunded the shipping fee. This problem arose because initially there was an error with our shopping basket. There was never any intention to offer Crockett and Jones with free shipping (all of our communications specifically mentioned that Crockett and Jones were excluded from the Black Friday offer). However we should have emailed to inform you of this before making the charges - and I am sincerely sorry that this did not happen. In the meantime, I hope the refund goes some way to compensate you for this most unfortunate occurrence. We hope that we can be of service again in the future. Kind Regards Mike Small Pediwear

“I ordered a pail of Sanders shoes from Pediwear from Australia on a Friday. I received the shoes on the following Monday! How is that possible? The shoes that I have received are perfect. You can see that they have been crafted by skilled persons. The shoes came with shoe stays, and to my delight and surprise a complimentary shoe horn and polish! Thankyou for providing a first class service. I know where my next pair of shoes will come from.”

“I am livîng in France. I recently discovered this site, A high customer focus and a quick delivery. Pedwear proposed the best items of each brand known for its quality products. The little gifts (shoe trees) are a great plus. Special offers made regularly on great pieces. Just perfect !”
