“Placed an order online and was impressed with the website. Shoes came nicely packaged and fitted a treat (which was a relief as this was the first time I have ordered shoes online - the wife does it all the time, but for a man, the thought of having to send them back and try again is definitely a chore!). Will be using the online service in the future!”

“I found Pediwear by shear chance on the internet whilst looking for a particular pair of shoes, which you actually sold, and I'm so glad I did. This is my first experience of purchasing from yourselves and what a pleasurable experience it was, not only did I receive my shoes the day after I ordered them online, when I opened the box, (which is of emense quality in it's own right) not only did I find the shoe tree's in the box which were advertised as a free gift, I also found a tin of good qaulity shoe polish and a shoe horn. I like to support independent retailers were I can as I believe this is were you more often than not get better service than the big high street chains can offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pediwear to family and friends, when I next need a new pair of shoes this is were I will be coming. Mr I Heap Heywood”

“I buy these shoes for my nephew either as a Christmas or birthday present. He nearly always comes back to the same choice and is always very happy with them. Pediiwear has s good selection of quality shoes, they are very easy to deal with, either over the phone or online. The Service is excellent, with very prompt delivery.”

“Superb service all round. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me in sizing myself for Loake Burford boots over the phone from New Zealand. Stephen even went to the bother of measuring his own feet with a colleague to give a comparison of how his size related to mine. Advice taken, I purchased the recommended size. Shoes arrived via my in-laws; sizing and condition were perfect. Will most definitely use Pediwear again. :)”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 4 stars despite your concerns regarding the shipping charges. We only ever aim to charge shipping rates which cover our own shipping costs. We are charged shipping based on weight, so it doesn't make it any cheaper to send it via one box. However, we did provide you free shipping on the accessory items - two of which you had ordered and two of which we sent free of charge. I hope this helps explain why we charge shipping as we do. We are always open to consideration of shipping discount if it is possible for us to send it for less but with many orders the amounts we charge do not cover the actual cost to us.
