Although item i ordered was out of stock i was kept up to date with its progress and item arrived in the timeline i was originally given. Would deal with again.”

“Ordering shoes is a tricky business. In particular if a potential return would mean sending them back over the big ocean. Pediwear was really helpful in finding the right size. Questions got answered very quickly, They were as well very honest, stating that there is always a small risk. Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for leaving us 5 stars despite the delay in receiving your parcel. We are pleased to hear that they fit well. Your parcel did take longer than usual to deliver - unfortunately in early March there were delays across eastern US - caused by the snow storms. We usually advise 8 to 12 working days for delivery to the US though it can be quicker than this. It is very unusual for it to take longer than this.
