“Placed 2 orders, Barker shoes, delivery was delayed but once arrived they were fine, Barker belt, delivery was rapid. Would use again in the future.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review - we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the products - we are also very pleased to hear that you would consider using our services again. However the fact that you have only considered us worthy of 3 stars is concerning - we want everybody to have a five star experience. I looked into your order and I see that the day after we received your order we notified you that the product was not perfect. Rather than send this to you we would order a new pair from the factory. We were then able to despatch the replacement pair within 2 weeks of receiving your order - as it was not immediately available from the factory. We are sorry that the first pair was not perfect and that a delay resulted, we understand that such delays are frustrating. However, we do hope you will appreciate that we did all we could to rectify the matter as soon as it was discovered. We look forward to being of service again - next time we will be determined to get 5 stars! Kind Regards Mike Small Pediwear

“pediwear can up the game over her competitors by offering a kind of point system for their returning customers. i had written and asked if there are any little gifts that they could have thrown in complimentary but it was never addressed at all. it may not be something big at all, the saying "little thoughts count a big deal" will go a long way for returning customers like myself. happy with the product and overall service though, the person who responded to my email queries was fast.”

We do appreciate your feedback and as we are growing and evolving, customers thoughts and suggestions are taken very seriously. In response to your advice to offer a loyalty scheme and complimentary gifts. Where manufacturers allow we offer a loyalty club, so subsequent purchases of the same brand are discounted. We also offer free gifts for orders over a certain value but if these are international orders there is an "opt in" facility. “I ordered a pair of Solovair from Pediwear to replace a pair that was destroyed in a car fire. I paid a better price this time than I did last time; my previous pair was purchased from another site. The service and communication from Pediwear was superior, and the shipping time was excellent, faster than some U.S. based companies ship to me (in Maryland, USA). The packaging material was excellent, and my shoes came with a handwritten note from the person who packed them. The shoes are perfect, and the shopping experience made me glad that I bought another pair of Solovair and that I purchased through Pediwear. Thanks!”
