“Pediwear was fantastic in every way. Considering I was ordering from the USA, their service was prompt, patient, consistent and reliable. I didn't want to order shoes and have them be the wrong size and I know sometimes shoes from the UK are made at different sizes so my correspondence with their customer service people was crucial. They were knowledgeable and helpful and encouraging. Then, I had some dopey problem with my method of payment and they held the order until I got that straightened out. They had a deal going where I could get free shoe trees or free shipping and this made a huge difference. Not only were the shoes priced the best I found around but free shipping was a deal I couldn't pass up. THEN, I think the order went through on Thursday and I had them the following Tuesday?!?! I couldn't have asked for a better shoe buying experience and if these wonderful Loakes ever wear out or for some reason I decide I need another pair, this will be the FIRST and probably only place I will look.”

“Purchased a pair of shoes from the website, ordering was easy and a confirmation email arrived with confirmation of dispatch. Ended up buying another pair of the same shoe in different colour very quickly, again via the web and again, good service.”

“The order arrived very quickly, it was cheaper than other retailers I visited and there were 2 unexpected extras thrown in. I am considering another order of the same product in a different colour. First class service. Thank you.”
