“Excellent services, goods arrived next day. I got a mechanic friend to fit them, he said it was dead easy to fit and that the struts are a quality bit of kit. Most importantly the Forester is back to normal ride height on the back to normal which results in a better ride and handling, at less cost than two replacement shocks.”

“Transformed the Forester’s saggy rear and beefed it up too. Biggest problem was undoing the original strut mount bolts which had probably not been touched for 12 years. Even so it only took 90 mins to complete. Cracking job.”

“It's a bit difficult to review a product such as shock absorbers as only time will tell if they do the job. So far they haven't even been fitted to my vehicle! As for customer service - sadly lacking. I specified a delivery date when ordering - my order arrived four days early; fortunately there was someone to receive the delivery. I'm still waiting for a reply to my email asking why they could not deliver on the requested date. What's the point of asking a customer to specify a delivery date and then not complying with that request?”

Thanks for your feedback Chris, please accept our apologies on various fronts! Firstly, we have not received an e-mail from you. I've searched and found nothing, I tend to deal with and reply to most, if not all the e-mails! I guess it was junked! Secondly, we must have missed the requested delivery date too! That rarely happens but we do make the odd mistake, so again, please accept our apologies for that! Really hope you are happy with your shocks once fitted and were sure you'll notice and improvement in the ride / comfort too. KR Phil

“I bought some trackryder shocks for my ford ranger to replace the 10 year old standard ones and the difference in ride quality is amazing and I now barely feel any bumps in the road, they also performs just aswell off road aswell.”

“Just does exactly what it's supposed to do. Changed back springs and shocks to convert it from self leveling to normal suspension when one self leveling shock fails mot at a replacement price of £900 and fitting .now if a normal shock fails it won't break the bank .(2014 santa Fe)”

“I purchased some poly bushes, link bar & anti roll bar, for a 1962 Vauxhall. I found the staff very efficient in the way they went about finding bushes that would fit my car. The process of buying is very easy. My bushes arrived within two days, excellent!! Unfortunately the roll bar bushes were a different size than the description on the packaging. Upon contacting Pedders, I was immediately offered an apology, a refund or a replacement; however this would have to come from Australia and take a couple of weeks. I am pleased to say this has arrived today: many thanks to Roger and all the team at 'Pedders'. A first class service from this company which I will be happy to use again.”
