I had to reach out to the team to ask a few questions and they were qiuck to respond and sorted out a minor delivery issue - which was my fault for entering the address in slightly wrong! “The team were so great and helpful! The only reason for 4 stars is that it would have been great to see a picture of the branded gift boxes since they were going direct to recipients so I can't judge on the presentation/how good they were as I didn't see the final product myself.”
