“Even though the delivery date chosen was 20/04, the parcel was delivered on 18/04? Which is 2 days before recipient birthday. Courier rang the door bell and my nephew opened the door, the courier did not ask for the recipient and passed the box onto my nephew for him to carry. The box was heavy”

“My hamper failed to arrive in time and I was not updated until I got in touch, when I was told it was the fault of the delivery company. The staff were very responsive and helpful when I did get in contact, making sure another hamper was sent out and that I was given a partial refund.”

“Product great. Ordered wedding cake topper. Just disappointed that the item was out in packaging wet from the paint so took me a while to peel off carefully”
