PCZONE REVIEW Just got my Pc today. I was so happy. Definitely gonna recommend pczone.ie and comeback in the near future with some awesome builds. This is probably the best pc builder in Ireland.

“The possibility to get my hands on a fully customized machine was an amazing experience. I received the package in a timely manner and since the GP wasn't working, I immediately received assistance and managed to fix it myself following some easy steps. “The end product was, as promised do I am fine with thta. However the entire process took 3 months to complere though there was a good reason for it (apparently Dmitri had an accident and was hoitalized) however this leads us to another issue. Customer service. You really yould benefir from improved focus on simple things. Firstly, have a replacement person to take care of some matter, if ever absen. Like answering phone calls, responding to e-mails and providing feedback/updates. Also, in case of a temporary cessation of service, put up a notice onto your website and inform all customers about it with clear explanation and info on when the service will continue ( the replacement person can do that). Not reponding to any communications for an extended period of time just should not happen... Ever, for any reason. if necessary get a boy/girlfriend and draft that person for emergency duty.”

“I made an order for a gaming pc a month ago. I have sent about 10 emails and called about 15 times asking if it’s delayed or if anything is wrong as it cost me €2,000. I got no answer at all. The phone rings but no one answers and some days the phone was completely off. I have emailed to cancel the order and no reply. I am thinking about contacting the authorities because this is not €100 we’re talking about it’s €2,000. I would never order from here again. And dimitri should not be a business man.”
