“sometimes difficult to access site via mobile site also would be useful to be able to update card details without having to make a deposit”

“When we use the website in our laptop it works very well. But betting using tablet or smartphone is very limited. It is very hard to make many accumulated bets as there are no boxes next to the bets to check/uncheck every time we want to make different bet combination.”

“shame paddy power don't offer free bets as much as other betting companies, customer service is great, markets are fantastic, however the cash out never works, which is a shame as paddy power is one of the top bookmakers available.. would 100% recommend but DO NOT rely on the cash out option as it is an add on and never really works...”

“Haven't had any real problems with the website, until the last week or so, when I have been putting numerous peoples' in-play bets on on one computer, leading to every account getting blocked and having to jump through a fair few hoops to unlock them all. I understand this is just how the system works, however I was not informed about this until day 4 or 5 of the ordeal. Besides this, I am satisfied with my Paddy Power experience”
